Hydraulic systems and cylinders

S.C. Oleodinamica S.r.l. manufactures hydraulic control units and cylinders to order, fulfilling all of their customers' requirements with unique and "custom-made" products.

Quality and certifications

Certified DNV company according to UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015.
All components produced are checked with certified measuring instruments. A certification for raw materials used is also provided.

Upon request:

Test piece and laboratory tests to verify chemical-physical-mechanical characteristics of materials
Special certification procedures carried out by well established certifying bodies (DNV, RINA, LLOYD'S REGISTER, TÜV, BV).

WELDING

The welding process is regulated by European standards and in compliance with UNI EN 15641.1
All our welders and operators are qualified in compliance with standards UNI EN 287.1 and UNI EN 1418.

Certification issued by the accredited third party RINA.

Upon request, non-destructive tests on welding such as: penetration of liquids, magnetic-particle test and ultrasounds, all carried out by certified operators.

DESIGN

Our technical department can efficiently bear with every design need, providing our customers with a unique and custom-made product. The design of each cylinder is checked with a certified software for numeric control.

We analyze cylinders equipped with:

internal linear position transducers with analogical or digital output.
integrated proportional valves
inductive proximity sensors
adjustable limit stop hydraulic brakes with shaped profiles as a function of load imposed to the cylinder.

The control units are matched with hydraulic diagrams, assembly drawing and materials list.

LOGISTICS AND STORAGE

Our computerized storage guarantees a cataloguing and stocking of components and spare parts efficient and quick, allowing an optimum management of the production and spare parts flow.

Due to the vast assortment of hydraulic products (pumps, manual/electric distributors and accessories), the shipping is guaranteed within 24 hours.

PROCESSING AND MANUFACTURING

The production area is developed on over 4,500 square meters, divided in different production departments. The materials used vary from: C45/E355/S355/PEELED/GROUND/AISI/CAST IRON GS 400/ NIKROM/ HARDENED/FORGED. Special highly resistant environmental barrier coating available upon request.
